We recommend you to book your ferry ticket and bus ticket at least 24 hours before scheduled departure. In case one of those tickets would be unavailable you can cancel your tickets for free if cancelation is made 24 hours before the departure.  Pick up starts at the time of departure and may take up to 30 minutes.
