Private day tour:Reykjavík to Westman Islands + a waterfall visit

We offer a private tour from Reykjavík or Keflavík Airport to the amazing Westman Islands. The scenery to Westman Islands is also stunning and we will make a least one waterfall stop on the way.

When we arrive at Westman Islands we will take you to all the hotspots:

• • Eldfell – The volcano that erupted in 1973. Here you have the option to walk up to the top of the volcano and you could also visit the Eldheimar Museum
  • Stórhöfði – The windiest place in Europe. Here you are likely to see some puffins also
  • The Elephant in the sea – The world famous Elephant in the sea
  • Herjólfsdalur – The valley that holds the biggest festival in Iceland each year (and has done so for 150 years). If you want you could also visit the Herjólfstown

We will also stop on one of the many great restaurants that Vestmannaeyjar has to offer – we can select the restaurant based up on your preferences.

If you want to take a boat ride around Westman Islands that is also on option. The scenery from a boat is extraordinary where you will see cliffs, many types of searbirds and more.Tickets for a boat tour is not included but they can be bought here.

As a general rule it is great to bring along waterproof jackets and pants for the unpredictable Icelandic weather.
